Amy Bartlett
Amy’s main goal when starting to work with someone is to create an environment and develop a mindset where they feel safe and confident to complete their sessions, whether they are with her or on their own.
She endeavours to give people the tools to improve their performance in the gym and their confidence outside of the gym.
Amy knows all to well how intimidating it can feel but she is here to show you that it doesn’t have to be that way and you can (and will!) own your space whereever you want to be in the gym.
Amy has always taken part in sport but started training in a gym at 16 and in the 10 years that followed, started competing in Crossfit and Hyrox events.
Whether your goal is to get involved in a sporting event or just to simply feel stronger, fitter and better in yourself; Amy will do everything she can to help you in your journey and support you to make the best decisions and actions towards your own personal goals.
Amy offers one to one personal training sessions, online coaching and a hybrid of a both. Please get in touch to hear more about each option.
