Olly has over 20 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, solving an array of problems that clients have come to him with.
Fat loss, strength, body composition, cardio respiratory, rehabilitation, strength & conditioning are all areas Olly has vast experience in.
He specialises in resistance training for older populations, and puts a high priority on ensuring clients programmes lead to enhanced long term health outcomes and longevity.
Having many thousands of hours of 1-2-1 to look back on, he has the ability to bring the best out of his clients in a relaxed & humorous environment that’s allows them to build confidence and competency.
Olly is happy to chat to anyone regarding the best route forward for their fitness goals, and if he can’t help himself he will definitely find someone who can.
